A huge interest in cultures and being brought up in a mixed family, Sandra learned to speak 6 languages at a young age.
She started her journey as a yoga teacher in 2008 after completing her Sivananda Yoga teacher course in India.

It is Sandra’s life purpose to use her creativity and calmness, to inspire and be there for others so they can be their best self living their dreams in harmony with each other.

“Being a student of Yoga is something that will never end. Being a teacher of Yoga is a gift to me. My students are an inspiration and I am thankful when I can inspire.”

Traveling and discovering beautiful parts of the world, Richard had the luck to travel through Asia and Australia for several years. After spending time working on a number of farms in Australia, Richard started to look into ways of living more connected with Nature. Permaculture gave him the answers. Now after completing a Permaculture Design Course, he is more focused than ever in his Vision and Life Path.

It is Richard’s life purpose to guide people in living a healthy abundant life, fully connected with Nature and one another.
